Most accelerators take a rapid "one size fits all" approach. If that's what you're looking for, you've come to the wrong place. At Elev Labs, we tailor towards your company at every step. While you will be a part of our larger community, your experience won't be the same as anyone else's. This helps us waste less time for you and for us. Everything you learn will be directly applicable to you and guaranteed to help your company thrive long-term.

One-on-one mentoring is an antiquated method. You deserve an entire team dedicated to you.
Greatness is seldom achieved in isolation. Nor should it be. You'll work better with a community behind you.
Who says that kids can't start a business? Not a lemonade stand, like a real legit business. We say 'yes.'
Who's more equipped to help a student start a business? A professor on YouTube or another student?
There should be more resources out there for entrepreneurs who are young. Not for 'young entrepreneurs.'
We reject the fundamental notion that having a great idea is 'not enough' to predicate a business.
A founder's time is invaluable. Why waste it on tasks that someone more specialized could help you with?
How should a founder spend most of their time? We think it should be on leading and innovating. Not on Google.

But what in the world is an Elev?

And what's up with all these astronauts?

Great question. (By the way, we love great questions!) Elev has a dual meaning. First, Elev means "student" in Danish! At the end of the day, we're all here to learn and grow. Second, Elev is also short for 'elevate' which is precisely what we do. We're not just elevating student ideas and businesses, we're elevating the students themselves. Eventually, bringing them to the stars—hence all the space vibes!

Please note that, at this time, we've hidden the names, biographies, and contact information for all team members except for our founders and Advisors (see below). We've done this because Elev Labs is now in a legacy stage, and we want to respect the privacy of our team. That being said, we're incredibly proud of our 20+ team members from around the country who have gone on to attend many elite Universities and work for several prestigious companies. We (Max & Cristian) are always happy to chat about our team members and all of their accomplishments, and can be reached via email or LinkedIn. Many of our team members also proudly showcase their time at Elev via LinkedIn, and can be located there via search if desirable. Should Elev Labs enter a new phase later on, more furnished team information will be posted here.

Max Coppola

Co-founder
Max is an ambitious student with a passion for building businesses and teams. He previously served on the New York State Board for Key Club International, Co-founded Safe Solution Tutoring, and led BBYO's International Convention 2020 in Dallas, TX with over 6000 guests. 

Cristian Molina

Co-founder
Cristian is a student from Colorado Springs, CO, currently studying at Phillips Exeter Academy with a concentration in math and economics. He has extensive experience trading in the currency and securities markets, and currently manages his own non-profit fund, Dono.

ZEESHAN FAROOQ

Montreal, Canada

Zeeshan has been selling to the biotech industry for 16+ years. His career has taken him from a bootstrapping biotech to a global sales organization, and currently at a bleeding edge technology manufacturer with operations in San Francisco, CA and Toronto, ON.

His experiences, along with his understanding of people, allow Zeeshan to look at opportunities more holistically.
