OUR PROCESS

Elev Labs has a standard process that adapts to fit your business model. We combine hands-on support with training to give you everything you need to bring your company or idea to the next level. One more thing: forget one-on-one mentoring. We don't believe in that. We believe in five, ten, or even twenty-on-one mentoring. You don't just have someone helping you, you have an entire team dedicated to your success.

The first thing we'll do is identify the phase you're in. This will allow you and us to more thoroughly understand the needs of your business.

Once we know where you are, we'll take you through our innovative labs to give you all the base skills you need to effectively design and run your business.

We're with you for the long-haul. After you go through the initial lab sequence (which you can always go back to), you'll enter our 'Outer Space' and receive continued support.

Stage One: Planning Your Build

Okay, so, you've come up with a great idea! Congratulations! Now what..? 


During Stage One, we'll start by hammering out the fine details of your idea. What type of company are you? What structure will you take on? Who's your target market? Most importantly, where do you want to go? And, how are you going to get there? No worries, you'll go through our full, intensive suite of labs to answer all of these questions and more.

Your company is in Stage One. 

Stage Two: Assembly

You’ve thought this through. You still haven’t gotten off the ground, but you have a solid idea and you’re ready to get started. 


During Stage Two, we'll start by reviewing some of the basics, and make sure that you have an in-depth business plan that allows you to focus on execution. Then, it's time to get moving, the fun part begins. We'll develop the logistics and physical aspects of your idea, really bringing it to life.


We can't wait to watch you take your first steps. You're in Stage Two.


Stage Three: Ready for Liftoff

You’re on your way to success. You have a small team, a website, a concrete idea, and you’ve already begun to learn. You might have had your first customer, or maybe you haven’t had any. 


If you're in this stage, we'll make sure that you're ready for an influx of customers by reviewing your logistic protocols and financial needs, making upgrades as needed. Then, we'll shift our focus heavily towards marketing and outreach, to get customers in the door. A big part of this Stage is seeing what works and what doesn't, and knowing how to analyze then interpret that data.

Stage Four: Airborne

You’re on your way to the Fortune 500. You know what you’re doing. You’ve got a decent amount of sales. You’re on your way up and need some help to keep on going and take from the skies to the stars.


This is a very modular stage. When you're here, the needs of each startup are unique. Maybe you need to better organize your leadership team, revise some outdated procedures, expand to new markets, or launch a new product. Maybe you need help connecting with new investors or organizing a fundraising campaign. The possibilities are endless!

It's another to design and lead a series of labs led by the brightest young minds from around the world to help students innovate and create startups. See the difference? We'll refine your idea into a straightforward service or product. 

Finance Lab

At the end of the day, money is a vital resource for businesses. It takes money to make money, and getting more is never easy. We'll help you build an operating budget for your business, slim down on expenses, and calculate all the key financial metrics needed for your business. The Finance Lab is a critical step in transforming your idea into a company.

Logistics Lab

Once volume starts ramping up and the customers are flowing in, you'll need to keep organized. The internal systems required to meet customer demands become exponentially more complex as you grow. In this Lab, we'll run through all of the logistical kinks you may encounter and get ahead of them by constructing in-depth operations systems.

Management Lab

Leading a team, it sounds easy, but in a startup environment, it's just not. Things are happening and evolving 24/7. Ideas are constantly flowing, there's always tons to be done, and there are no off days. This can be a lot for anyone. We'll work with you to develop structure and skills to stay on top of a startup environment and effectively lead your team.

Marketing Lab

You might have the best idea in the world. But, if nobody even knows you exist, what good is that idea? Marketing is often thought of to be one of the most vital, and complex, parts of running a business. We'll arm you with all the tools and knowledge needed to market effectively, create advertising campaigns, and more. 

Fundraising Lab

Remember that Finance Lab from earlier? Sometimes, the money that it takes to grow your business can't be cut, so where will you get more funding? This Lab will explore all of your options for raising funds, help you set up meetings and prepare to potentially take on investors, crowd-source funding, and anything else you may need for that extra round of funding.
